THE HIPPIE KUSHI TENT
Our exciting event tent business has been created to function at festivals, fayres and one day events.
We provide a chillout space from the full-on festival experience. Offering light snacks, hot and cold soft drinks, a hippie clothing and accessories shop as well as a small solo acoustic stage and a DJ booth.
Our food counter (The Hippie Kushi Cafe) will offer simple vegetarian snacks, including Steve Tremmel's famous crumpets topped with delicious toppings, and Goan style fresh fruit salad with granola and curd, also our Arambol Shanti Bowl, full of goodness. We will also provide a selection of teas and coffee, as well as soft drinks for festival goers to enjoy.
We have a small live stage for acoustic music, to provide a gentle background sound to your shopping and eating experience.
We also have a DJ booth to provide background music and the odd small scale dance party.
Stephen Cox, aka Hippie Kushi (Author, blogger and retailer) brings his famous Hippie Kushi shop to the tent. Stephen is a well-known face on the festival scene as well as a published author and social media celebrity. He sells recycled hippie clothing and accessories from Nepal, as well as Goa items such as handpan instruments, incense stick holders and Hindu god statues and more.
Customer Reviews
We have a portfolio of some amazing like-minded people who will make up our crew members at each festival. They will help in the kitchen, serve at the counter and look after the festival goers in the tent.

Steve Tremmel and I met through my Hippie Kushi Facebook Group online. We soon become good friends and started attending some amazing festivals together. After experiencing two wonderful festivals that changed our mindset (Whirl-y-Fayre and Noisily), we came up with the idea of the Hippie Kushi Event Tent.
I was already running a festival business, my Hippie Utsaah shop selling hippie clothing and accessories and Steve felt he wanted to open a catering business. I suggested we join the two together under one banner and the Hippie Kushi Event Tent was born.
As frequent visitors to India, we loved the idea of housing our business in one of the beautiful Jaipur tents we had seen there. We felt we could house it all together under the umbrella of the well-known Hippie Kushi brand. Our beautiful tent would hold not only a shop but also a cafe, acoustic music stage, and DJ booth. What has come out of all of this is a dynamic, and unique festival experience.
